Hello friend,

I am mindful
Mindfulness is to be conscientious of something and do something about it. For example, turning down the heat when you leave the house. This is being mindful of the cost of heat.
This morning I am ending my week being mindful of things that help me personally, professionally, financially, and spiritually. Today, I am mindful of my emotions. I am mindful of how I am feeling, responding to situations, and making sure that I let negative emotions go and positive emotions in. I will do this by dancing, smiling, watching something funny, meditating, and/or singing. I am mindful to let the positive emotions surround me and consume me and let go of anything negative or toxic! I hope you will join me and have a wonderful day.
