What are the Care Instructions for Illuminative clothing?

For Wash/Dry Care of most items we recommend:

  • Machine Wash Warm with Like Colors
  • Do Not Bleach
  • Do Not Dry Clean
  • Gentle Wash or Hand Wash is Encouraged
  • Tumble Dry Low or Lay Flat to Dry

Additionally, the following items are recommended as Turn Inside Out to Wash and

DO NOT TUMBLE DRY only Lay Flat to Dry:

How long can I expect between ordering and receiving my order?

With standard shipping, please allow 8-10 business days for delivery, this includes processing time at our warehouse. This does not include holidays. Once an item leaves our warehouse we are no longer in control, if there is a carrier delay or an issue with delivery you will need to contact the carrier directly. * We do not ship to HI or AK.

If my product is damaged, will the company pay for the exchange shipment?

The company will not charge shipping or restocking fees for returns due to damaged product. 

What is the return policy?

A customer has 30 days to return the item for a full refund as long as the product is returned unworn, unwashed, and with hang tags attached. We cannot accept returns of 'FINAL SALE' items.
