Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. FINAL SALE items and Gift Cards cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new & original condition (unworn, unwashed with tags attached, in the same condition that you received it.)

Return/Exchange Instructions

Please visit our "Request Return/Exchange" link which can be found at the bottom of any page of our site. You can look up your order using your email address and your order number. If your item is eligible, please select "return" and follow the prompts to return or exchange the item. Our team will see your request and approve or deny based on eligibility.

Upon approval, you will receive an email with shipping instructions from us via email from info@illuminative.com. Your RMA # must be included in your return package.

*Please do not send your item(s) back to our warehouse without requesting and receiving approval from our team. Returns must be logged in our system through the returns process above in order to be properly received by our warehouse.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and determine it is new/original condition, your refund will be processed to your credit card, PayPal or store credit. We will email you a confirmation once a refund has been issued. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your returns arrive at our warehouse for us to process your return. It could take several business days to see the refund in your account depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you received a refund confirmation email from us but haven’t received a refund yet, please check your credit card/Pay Pal account/bank account again. You may need to give it a few more days or call them. *Remember, it can take several business days to see the refund, depending on your bank.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@illuminative.com with your full name and order #.

 Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost with the exception of damaged goods. If you received damaged goods we will supply you with a Return Shipping Label.
